Both as a career Naval Officer and now as a licensed Psychotherapist, my passion has always been to help facilitate progress and change in others. I derived great professional satisfaction encouraging the development of Sailors and Officers and continue to find similar gratification in seeing clients gain the confidence and insights needed to grow. My focused listening skills, innate curiosity and caring nature have allowed me to work with a diverse group of personnel, delve deeply into what drives and inhibits them professionally and personally and develop a proactive plan to maximize their success.
